Write an Instagram Reel from a raw idea - hook options off 26 formulas, the spoken script, the on-screen text, and a timed beat sheet - in the user's own voice and scored before they shoot it. Use whenever the user wants a Reel, a short-form video script, a hook, a voiceover, "make a reel about X", "what should I say in this video", or is about to record and does not have the first line yet.

## Questions about this skill

### Does it publish the Reel for me?

No. The skill only produces the script; you shoot and post it. If you approve it, it logs the date, hook formula and first line for later audits.

### How long should a Reel be?

The working range is 15 to 45 seconds. Reels can run to 3 minutes, but almost nobody should use that. Under 7 seconds only the loop counts inflate.

### What if my idea is thin?

It does not pad it. It asks what happened, to whom and what it cost or returned, because a Reel needs one specific true thing.
