Jurisdiction, whether users are consumers or businesses, company details, pricing model, refund window, acceptable use, termination rights and liability cap.

### Will it add clauses for features I lack?

No. It notes what the product does not have and does not draft clauses for it.

### Is one draft fine for consumers and businesses?

Not without marking the differences. Refunds, liability and more change between them, so it flags where they diverge.
