Short motion graphics
/motion-graphics
/motion-graphics is a Claude Code skill in the Video & Motion section. It is maintained by heygen-com and published under the Apache-2.0 license. Builds a short unnarrated motion graphic, such as kinetic type, stat count-ups, charts, logo stings or maps, rendered as MP4 or a transparent overlay.
Author's description
A short, design-led motion graphic where motion is the message — kinetic typography, stat count-up, chart/data-viz hit, logo sting / brand lockup, lower-third / callout / social overlay, animated map (highlight regions, connect places, zoom to a location), animated tweet / news-article / headline, webpage / UI animation (scroll, cursor, callouts), or fusing a real image's geometry into a chart. Usually under 10s (up to ~30s), no narration or live-action subject; renders to MP4 or transparent overlay. Longer / narrated / multi-scene → /general-video. Unclear → /hyperframes.
Use it when
- You need animated text, a number count-up or a moving chart
- You want to animate a logo, a lower third or a map in a few seconds
- You need a transparent overlay to place over other footage
Not for
- Long, narrated or multi-scene videos: general-video handles those
- Pieces with a person filmed on screen: it is built for graphics with no narration or live subject
What you get
A rendered video file in MP4, or webm or mov as a transparent overlay, after checks and proof snapshots pass.
