### What do I need to provide?

One of three things: a list of your best customers, a product description or your website URL. If you give nothing, it asks for one of them.

### Does it use paid databases?

No. It uses only public, free sources when researching your customers or website.

### How reliable is the result?

It depends on the evidence. Each criterion is marked as evidence-backed or as a hypothesis, and with few customers the result is a hypothesis to validate.
