### Does it invent prices or client facts?

No. Without pricing input it inserts [PRICE] placeholders with the rationale for each figure, and every claim must trace back to what you provided.

### When does it write a proposal versus a SOW?

By default a proposal for early deals and a SOW when you mention a verbal agreement or a signed proposal. It confirms the choice before drafting.
